Welcome to Paul Village Window Wanderland 2018
Paul Church has recently received a Heritage Lottery Fund grant to oversee the restoration of a WW1 memorial stained glass window, as well as deliver an exciting programme of activities, events, an oral history project and volunteering opportunities, all connected to the rich heritage of the church and parish.
Continuing with the window theme, help us transform Paul Village into an outdoor gallery. Simply sign up below and create a window display in the front window/s of your home. Taking part is FREE and everyone is welcome – more the merrier! Participating addresses will be put onto a map to form a village walking trail.
In the New Year, to inspire and enthuse your own window creations we will be running a couple of FREE workshops with local artists, and these events will be advertised locally.
The overarching theme for the event will be the heritage stories found in and around the church and village – how you interpret them will be up to you! Keep it simple or go all out: as long as it’s family friendly, anything goes!
