If you haven’t heard of Window Wanderland before, or seen the events held in North Berwick in recent years, here is a quick rundown. Organised by the Bass Rock Community Group and supported by North Berwick Trust, this amazing festival invites you to illuminate the dark nights with light and colour!
We invite everyone to create family-friendly window displays using simple materials like tissue paper, card, or fairy lights for back-lighting. Together, we will transform our neighbourhood into a magical outdoor gallery for evening walks from Friday 23rd to Friday 30th October, lit up nightly from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
This year’s theme—”Love of Life” (Biophilia)—follows the inspiration set by Fringe by the Sea. It is a great invitation to express our natural urge to connect with nature and living things.
We are currently organising workshops and guidance for those who need a little help, so look out for more information in the coming days and weeks!
