Chestnut Park & Eaton Park 2023

We are delighted to be bringing this fantastic event to Chestnut Park, Yatton for a 3rd year. With your help, we will transform our streets into a magical outdoor gallery for all to enjoy!

Taking part as a Windowmaker is FREE, and everyone’s welcome. You can make a display in the windows of your flat or house, car, campervan – or your front garden!

Please don’t feel intimidated. Your display could be as simple as a candle, book or fairy-lights in a window. Or you could go all out and stage a performance in your front room!  Anything goes… as long as it’s family-friendly!

This year we are also having an extra special event on Friday 8th December to raise money for Chestnut Park PTA and school. at 3:15pm any children (not just school children) will be able to buy a map with their parents for £1 donation to the PTA and hunt around Chestnut Park and Eaton Park for window displays, once you have found 15 displays and drawn what you see or written down what’s on them you can bring your map back to the school for a prize. There will also be Christmas music, drinks and sweet treats to buy. The event is also being supported this year by local businesses who are also helping to raise funds for the school. 

What to do next:

• You’ll get a ‘Welcome Pack’ when you sign in and access to lots of inspiration for windows too.
• Tell your friends and neighbours and ask them to get involved!

Start/End Dates: Friday 8th to Sunday 10th December 2023 (however feel free to leave your display up until Christmas!)

Window times: Lamps/lights on behind window displays 5-8pm so displays really stand out in the dark.
