New Bridge/Southcoates, East Hull 2017

Took place on 10 Nov 2017

This event has already taken place.

Lighting up the tucked away streets around New Bridge Road and Southcoates Avenue in celebration of Hull being City of Culture 2017.
Help put us on the map, and brighten up a dark winter evening with the light of community.

Welcome to New Bridge/Southcoates and Area (and Hull\\\’s) first ever Window Wanderland!!!

Taking part is FREE and everyone is welcome, you can make a display in your windows of your flat, house, business, school, nursery, car, camper van or shop.

Please don’t feel intimidated! A ‘display’ could be as simple as a candle, book, fairy lights or image in a window. Or you could go all out and stage a performance in your front room or project onto your building! Simple or spectacular… It’s completely up to you. Anything goes… so long as it’s family friendly!

The theme is We Remember……
So whether it\\\’s a person, a place, home far away, a fun holiday or something from history …. light up your window, and our community, this winter
