Welcome to Horncastle Window Wanderland
We are delighted to be bringing this fantastic event to Horncastle and with your help, we will transform the town’s streets into a magical outdoor gallery for all to enjoy!
Window Wanderlands have been held right around the world, but we’re excited to be the first town in Lincolnshire to take part. We can’t wait to light up the streets of Horncastle this Christmas.
Over 100 homes, shops and groups have signed up to take part so put on a coat and come and take a wander!
You can find an interactive map at the bottom of this page, or you can download a printable map. Paper maps are also available from the Joseph Banks Centre, Horncastle Library and a selection of shops across town.
Last minute corrections
- These addresses are no longer taking part: 6 Dymoke Drive

Fancy taking part?
Taking part as a Windowmaker is FREE, and everyone’s welcome. You can make a display in the windows of your flat, house, business, school, shop – or your front garden!
Please don’t feel intimidated. Your display could be as simple as a candle, book or fairy-lights in a window. Or you could go all out and stage a performance in your front room! Anything goes… as long as it’s family-friendly!
What to do next:
- Click on ‘Take part in this event’ to add your location to our map.
- You’ll get a ‘Welcome Pack’ when you sign in and access to lots of inspiration for windows too.
- Tell your friends and neighbours and ask them to get involved too!
Claire’s Crafts Create on Bridge Street and Horncastle Hobby House on North Street both have stock of coloured tissue and tracing paper perfect for decorating your window. Why not pay them a visit and support our local businesses?
If you have any questions or would like to help promote or volunteer to help with this event, please contact us through the Contact organiser link on the right or email HorncastleWW@gmail.com
