Our official dates for this years Wild Norwood 2022 are: Sunday 27 November through to Saturday 10 December – but we also have an optional additional week for anyone still working on their window – so please keep your windows lit up until Sunday 18 December – if you possibly can.
Time to officially go ‘wild’ by unleashing your inner wildness and creativity with your own window displays.
On Saturday 10 December, leaving from outside West Norwood Library and Picturehouse at 5pm, will be what has become a Wild Norwood tradition – the Open Orchard St Martins lantern walk. We will finish our guided walk around many of our Wild Norwood windows at South London Botanical Institute by 6.30pm – poinant as this is their final activity before they close for building works. And on your own window designs – the weblink above has lots of ideas – absolutely no art degree needed! You can add yourself to the windows map any time during the festival, and remember to leave your lights on beween 6pm and 9pm so everyone can enjoy your creativity as they walk round the streets.
