Come and have A RYE GOOD TIME at A RYE GOOD WINDOW WANDERLAND.
With the dark nights now drawing in, this is an illuminated, magical, whole-town walking trail, to be explored and enjoyed by the whole of the Rye community and the visitors to our town.
WHAT IS IT?
A Rye Good Window Wanderland is an uplifting, family-friendly event, mental health and well-being initiative where residents, businesses and groups throughout Rye will create a display for their window, door or garden forming an illuminated walking trail. These individual windows across the town will transform our streets into dazzling galleries and the beauty of Rye’s unique community spirit will be showcased and ablaze for all to see.
WHEN IS IT?
Rye’s second A Rye Good Window Wanderland will brighten the evenings of Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 December 2021 between the hours of 6pm – 9pm, with late night shopping on Saturday 11 December.
HOW TO FOLLOW THE TRAIL
You can follow the trail by scrolling down to the bottom of this page and finding the locations and you can also download the town app: A RYE GOOD TIME from your app store and go to WALKING TRAILS. The trail can be followed in any order – just click on a street and find the directions to the displays and events happening in that location.
A Rye Good Window Wanderland is FREE and open to EVERYONE. No matter what is happening in the world, Wanderlands are self-contained and Covid-safe. Please follow the latest Government Covid-19 guidelines.
