This event has already taken place.
Shepton Mallet Window Wanderland is back to brighten our streets this November! Its free to take part and open for all to get involved in! Its the last weekend in November and we are partnering with The Old Stores Studio so the festival is taking place across Shepton Mallet and Evercreech.
How to get involved:
1. Register your windows (its free to take part)
2. Get thinking about your window space or any other community window spaces across the town!
3. Make your design or installation to show in your window. It could be a star or some fairy lights… it could be a flying teddy or a tissue paper and black paper design. Take a look on the Make the Sunshine or Window Wanderland website for some inspiration.
4. Light up your windows and join in the walking trail and see what your neighbours have created from 24-27th November
We are also looking for volunteers to help get involved and make Window Wanderland extra special this year. If you would like to help out with marketing, running workshops or creating a community window please do get in touch – email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com Just a few hours could make a real difference and we promise it will be lots of fun!
Thanks to Shepton Mallet Town Council we will also have some free community window maker packs available this year as well as creative workshops.
