Rochdale Pennines Window Wanderlands 2025

In February 2025, The Culture Coop and the Northern Lands will be hosting the Rochdale’s first ever Window Wanderland in the Pennine Township!
We are delighted to be bringing this fantastic festival to SMALLBRDIGE, WARDLE, LITTLEBOROUGH, MILNROW, LAKESIDE AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
With your help, we will transform the streets into a magical outdoor gallery for all to enjoy!

Fancy taking part?
Taking part as a Windowmaker is FREE, and everyone’s welcome.
You can make a display in the windows of your flat, house, business, school, nursery, car, campervan, shop, or your front garden. Your display could be as simple as a candle, book or fairy-lights in a window. Or you could go all out and stage a performance in your front room! Anything goes… as long as it’s family-friendly!
The launch weekend will be on 22nd – 23rd February and then we encourage participants to keep their displays up until 28th so that as many people see them as they can!

Workshops and toolkits
The Culture Coop want this project to be an opportunity for anyone. Therefore, we are hosting free local workshops in each Pennine area from the end of January and throughout February, take a look at the dates and sign up on our eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/culture-co-op-72806109063
We understand that attendance might not be possible so if for any reason you cannot attend the workshops but still want to take part, then we will be providing free material packs that we can deliver or a free material pack that we can deliver to you.
